[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] moving PINES example code from ILS repo to ILS-Contrib

Hi Mark:

That's great news for all of us in the academic world!

I can set up an ILS-Contrib repository for UPEI  along the lines of
http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS-Contrib/browser/PINES-Examples - just
let me know who should have commit access and a mapping of the
corresponding account names and email addresses.
