[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] MARC Imports

We have been using The Library Corp. ITS to input our MARC records for several years. I am trying to import these into OILS with little success. 
Have tried following this doc: http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-admin:importing:bibrecords 
What is the best method of doing this?
