[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Troubles with Auto/email holds notifications - error message included

HI All:

We trying to get our email notifications up and running for our holds, circ
staff is really looking forward to making fewer phone calls!!  We can place
and successfully capture holds, but the notifications are not being rec'd.


For the record, we have set the email hold notification to true in
opensrf.xml to:

  <notify_hold>

        <email>true</email> <!-- set to true for hold notice emails -->

       </notify_hold>



The user that we're testing with has set email as their notification methed
on their holds and email is their default notification method in their user
record.

 Is there another setting somewhere to enable email notifications or
something else we're missing?

Here is the error message we're seeing in our logs for HoldNotify module:
