[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Problems installing

Hi,
I am trying to install the sever version 1.4 on Ubuntu version 8.04 .
This is how far I get:
In the instruction under Starting Evergreen #3:
cd /openils/bin
./autogen.sh -c /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml -u
Get to:
Removing OrgTree from the cache ..
Can't call method "content" on an undefined value at
/openils/lib/perl5/OpenILS/Utils/CStoreEditor.pm line 319.

If I continue to Testing Commetions to Evergreen:
/openils/bin/srfsh
Srfsh# (not a % but a #) login admin password

Received Exception:
Name: osrfMethodException
Status: No authentication seed found. Open-ILS.auth.authentication.init
must be called first
Status: 404
Any suggestions?
