[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Jabber and OpenSRF Setup Problem

Hello All,

While installing the OpenSRF package, I ran into an issue while starting
it.  I received an exception stating that it could not open a TCP socket to
the Jabber server. Additionally, it said that the connection timed out.
Does anyone out there have a quick fix for this problem?
