Cynthia, if you're logging in with the default "admin" user, then
you'll need to associate some Work Locations with that user. To do
this, go to Admin -> User Permission Editor from the main menu in the
staff client. The barcode for the admin user is 101010101010101.
Check some Work Locations and Save the changes. Then log out and back
in, and see if that helps.
