[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Kudos to Ruth Dukelow

I was hoping to find a link to a release, but since it's late in the day
thought I'd go ahead and share the news that Ruth Dukelow (Michigan
Evergreen) has been named Michigan Library Association Librarian of the
Year.

Congratulations Ruth, and thanks for all things Evergreen you're involved
in!
