[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Clearing and rebuilding the ACQ DB (acq.open-ils.org)

Heads up...  I'll be destroying and re-installing the database on
acq.open-ils.org.  In addition to a fair amount of cruft, I'd like to take
this opportunity for some testing and smoothing of the installation and
configuration process.

All data will be gone, preferably by tonight or tomorrow.
