[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Demo staff client link

I apologize if this is the wrong place to report this--there's no 
specified email on the downloads.php page. (Would it be better to email 
feedback at evergreen-ils.org? please let me know)

The link to the 1.2.4.0 staff client for Windows (to use with 
demo.gapines) appears to be missing from the downloads page--which is 
where the "staff client" link on the demo server takes you.  Thanks!
