Evergreen Community Members, 

At last week's Evergreen International Conference volunteers for an Interim Evergreen Governing Committee met to discuss how we can move forward in formalizing the Evergreen community. See link below for minutes of the meeting. A subcommittee was formed to investigate what type of legal entity would represent the interests of Evergreen users internationally. Another committee will work to organize a site for current and upcoming software development so that Evergreen users can contact and work collaboratively with others in the Evergreen Community. In addition, the interim governance committee will work to develop bylaws and propose a permanent structure for the governance committee.
