How do I add Evergreen staff users?

 

I loaded 55,000 MARC records and can see them in Cataloging, but not in
the opac.  Assuming this was because none of them had any holdings, I
put one volume and one copy on one of them.  Now it doesn't appear in
search results in Cataloging either. Why would that be?

 

In general, where is the best source for staff user documentation?
Google and the documentation wiki are helping a little, but they have
gaps.
