[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] circulation

If I wanted to pull a list of all items that were checked out between
two dates, would I look at the table action.circulation?  Is each entry
in that table an indication of an item being checked out, or does it
also include check-ins?  If the latter, how do I distinguish between the
two?
