[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Report for long overdue items?

Hi Again - just realized I didn't answer your question about the screenshot
vs. the textual instructions to create a template - I'm not a visual learner
so having the template steps written out works better for me but I'm sure
lots of folks would prefer the screen shots.  I think the best documentation
is a mix of both.
