Hi Melissa,

I don't know the answer to your question but I'd love to get you and the
folks at KCLS to swap documentation.  KCLS is starting to develop their
training material, policy manuals and developing documentation.  Seems like
there could be some cross fertilization.

Let me know if you're game and I'll see about connecting some dots.
