[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Permissions wrong?

In the library settings editor, the word 'context' is used for a very similar concept. My personal preference would be 'scope'.

On this topic, I would love to see technical documentation about what Evergreen features are controlled by which permissions ... and to see this documentation updated with every new release.
