[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] report needed for tracking email overdues

We just added the patron email address to our overdue report and assume that
if we don't get a bounce back it's gone through.  Seems to be working fine.

email overdue notices. Does anyone have any advice? We are on 1.6.1.2.
