I'm not sure if this is a problem with our install or something buggy but I
was wondering if others had any advice.  It seems that the hierarchy does
not become viewable in many of the functions.  For instance, you go to funds
and none of the org units show up  in the org unit drop down.  We see
similar things for the circ policies and other administrative areas.
However, it is visible when registering a patron or adding a volume.  It
seems to be permission related because if a user has "super user" status
they do not have this problem.  However, when someone had the "everything"
permission, the problem appeared.  I also gave the user every permission in
additions to the "everything" permission and the problem still appears so
that the only permission that seems to allow this to be viewable is when
someone is a superuser.
