[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Wrong cover attached to record

We've noticed that the cover displayed in our OPAC for the book "Erak's
Ransom" by John Flanagan is wildly incorrect.  Instead of showing the
cover of one of the Ranger's Apprentice novels, it shows the children's
book "The Runaway Mummy."  You can see it in our catalog at

Any suggestions on how we go about fixing this?
