Okay. To address that, I've uploaded the most recent proposals to
http://evergreen-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=governance:structure - had
to convert the .docx document to .doc to upload it to the wiki, and
provided OpenDocument / PDF versions that hopefully capture the spirit
of the original.
