[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Notice of Change to License for OpenNCIP

Hi,

I just want to state publicly that we are happy with the license  
change in OpenNCIP, and that it is fine with us that our patches go in  
with the new license.

Just in case that needs to be said, since we have made a patch  
available for inclusion in OpenNCIP/SIPServer.
