[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Offline Circ error

We are just starting to test Offline Circ in preparation for our
migration later this summer.  However when I try to get info Offline
Transaction Management I get an error   It has a skull and crossbones on
it and says:

                Copied "FIXME:  If you encounter this alert, please
inform your IT/ILS helpdesk staff or your friendly Evergreen developers.

The message in debug is: Please open a helpdesk ticket and include the
