[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] end of semester due date

Hi Gordana and Lori,

This development had been completed late last year and was incorporated
into the Evergreen 2.0 series release (as well as the unreleased 1.6.2
series?).  We have begun using this functionality with our 2.0 system
for the first school system; more to follow later this year.

One should be able to arbitrarily assign any date to be the hard due
date (it doesn't have to literally be the end of the semester).  Say,
set the hard due date for May 2 instead of April 29 based on your
example.  But tying it in with the expiration of the patron's account,
that doesn't yet exist as far as I know.
