[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] RELEASE TEAM: three new versions cut

The three staff client EXEs are available to try out and to put on the downloads page.  
They can be found in my Evergreen google docs folder https://docs.google.com/?authuser=0#folders/folder.0.0BzQXgF79e0mNYWI1MjFjNjctMTc0Yy00NjU1LWIwOTUtMTc4YjM0YTg0NTI1
I have tested and run the 2.0.1 staff client, but not the 1.6.x clients.
