[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] RELEASE TEAM: three new versions cut

To practice the approach you described in IRC today, let's see if I got
the patch for downloads.php done correctly for including new information
about the 1.6.1.7 release.

The attached downloads.patch file should do it.
