[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Pre-cat due dates

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the circulation policies for
pre-cataloged items? Ours are currently only circulating for 2 hours. As
I understand it they should be hitting our default circulation rule that
would check them out for 3 weeks. Is there another setting list for
pre-cataloged items that I haven't found?
