Hi Marjolein,

I am also in the midst of testing acquisitions. Are you trying to adjust the
call number and barcode in the holdings maintenance window or in the item
attribute/copy editor? Since you mentioned that you are able to change the
item's status, I suspect you might be in the item attribute editor, where I
don't believe you can change a call number or barcode in Evergreen.

After I received my orders and transferred them to the catalog, I went to
the holdings maintenance screen and found the call number for the received
item. You can right-click on the ACQ-number call number from here and select
"edit volumes" to change the call number. Also on this screen, you can
right-click on the ACQ-number barcode and select "replace barcode" to change
the barcode.
