If that doesn't work, you could change the operator to 'In List', and list all your laptop Call Numbers in a comma separated list as the Value operand. Not sure how many laptop call numbers you have, so that might not be feasible, although it would prevent false positives because searching for just 'LT' might hit LCC subclass 'LT' textbooks, if you are using Library of Congress.
I think in this case you almost certainly want a field for the call
number that has the word Label in it. That'd be straight-up text you
could use a substring against.
