[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Adding Libraries checklist

Have any of the established groups created a formal checklist of tasks
for adding libraries onto an existing Evergreen?  

 I'm at a point now where each time I add one I'm saying "oh yeah! I
gotta do that other thingy too!   ooops!".  
I'm happy to pull this together with help and suggestions if it is not
out there already.  It is not coming up on the wiki easily for me
however.
