[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] KCLS Invoicing, Ordering, Receiving procedures guide

Hi All,

Many of you have indicated you are interested in the procedures/workflow
guidelines that KCLS is using for the new serials and acquistions module.
 So attached please find the following documents:

Invoicing in Evergreen
Ordering in Evergreen
Receiving Non Print Materials in Evergreen
Receiving Print Materials in Evergreen

Please note that these are written specifically for KCLS' workflows so might
not work as written for your library (for example KCLS enters only one title
(line item) per PO at this time (a workaround until receiving multiple
titles per PO is more efficient).

I also have a copy in PDF and ODT format but the images got screwy in the
ODT version.  But if you'd like either of those, let me know.  All versions
are also available at http://rscel.evergreen-ils.org/taxonomy/term/215.

Sorry for the delay, I was trying to sort out the best place for these sorts
of things to live but it turns out to be less difficult question to answer
than I thought.
