In your /openils/var/web/opac/locale/en-US/lang.dtd you can change the
line that says

<!ENTITY staff.patron.bill_wizard.grocery.label "Grocery">

to say whatever you'd like.  Just replace the "Grocery" part with
another quoted string.  (That's line 2966 in 2.0, by the way.)  Note
that any upgrade will reverse this change, so make a note of this
customization!
