[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Update on Beauregard Parish Library

Thank you, Bob.  We'd love to be added to the map.  

Watch for some more action from the swamps.  We are members of the
Louisiana Libraries SouthWest regional consortium.  Our library houses
and maintains the patron registrations for LSW cards.  We setup our
Evergreen system so that we can move the regional patron records out of
our homegrown Postgres app into Evergreen as soon as we recover from our
ILS conversion.
