[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Phone and Email Appearing on Receipt Template

Hi All,
 
I am having a problem setting up the receipt template for our Pull Holds List . We would like to have the addition of the  patron's phone and email address to the list. I have set up the MACROS as follows:
 
%PATRON_FIRSTNAME%  %PATRON_LASTNAME%<br/>
Barcode: %PATRON_BARCODE%<br/>
Notify by phone: %notify_by_phone%<br/>
Notify by email: %notify_by_email%<br/>
You have the following titles on hold:<hr/><ol><br/>
The following items have been examined:<hr/><ol>
 
Unfortunately, when I print the list the following displays:
 

John Doe
Barcode: 123456789
Notify by phone: %notify_by_phone%
Notify by email: %notify_by_email%
You have the following titles on hold:
 
Does anyone know the secret to getting the actual phone and email from the patron profile to appear?
