[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Patron circ history in 2.0

Hi Everyone - This question is from the Niagara Area Evergreen User Group -
some of us are remembering that the ability to retrieve patron circ history
was going to be possible in 2.0.  We found the circ.history settings in User
Setting Types but we can't figure out how to activate it.  Can anyone help
explain how to and exactly what it does?
