[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Standing Orders

I was wondering if anyone has looked at how to handle standing orders?  We
have member libraries who use some of this functionality currently in
Innovative and I was wondering what might be done in Evergreen.
 Essentially, is there a way to keep adding lineitems and also keep adding
payments commonly used for serials and annual publications.
