Just a note, or limiters?

I'd like all patrons to be able to set "permanent" search limiters in
their preferences, so that every time they search the catalog when logged
in, they only (or never) get large type, audio, Spanish, etc. This should
appear on the screen as a limiter that was applied to the search, so it
could easily be turned off for a particular search. Imagine how much it
would de-clutter the search results if you could a lot of stuff
categorically.

For homebound, you should then be able to log in as the patron and search
with all the limiters that they've set, or that you've set on their
behalf.
