The receipt printers are Epson TM-T88IV Model #M129H. The big printer in
the office is a Zerox Phaser 7400.

What is the printer make and model? What version of EG?
We have Win7 x64 working with Star SP512 and SP212 printers under EG
1.6.2.4.

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Windows 7 64 bit compatibility issues?
Hi all. One of our libraries recently purchased new computers for their
circulation department. When trying to print (from Evergreen) to a
regular printer, nothing but garbage comes out. When they attempt to
print to the receipt printer, there is a spooling error and the machine
crashes and needs to be rebooted. The new machines are Window 7 64-bit.
Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any suggestions on
how to fix this?
Thanks!
