[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Seeking funding partners for staff client and other enhancements

Hi all,
 
MassLNC is planning to sponsor some new development for Evergreen and is
interested in partnering with other organizations that may also benefit from
these enhancements. I'm not going to list the full requirements in this
e-mail, but I can send along more detailed information to anyone who would
like more information on the projects. There are three projects with which
we would like assistance:
 
* Staff client enhancements to improve general usability and navigation.
Among other things, these enhancements include a customizable toolbar,
automatic reloading of some interfaces, and work that should increase
perforamnce of many interfaces. 

* Record matching and overlay in acquisitions.

* Enhancements to catalog search scopes, including the ability to group
multiple copy locations together for search and to have some more
flexibility in identifying which org units should display in the catalog.
