[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Printing UTF-8 characters from Evergreen

Hi,

One more question - it seems that when printing from Evergreen (e.g. 
from circulation) takes place, UTF-8 characters (those not in ASCII) are 
not printed out as they are supposed to. Is there a way to persuade 
Evergreen to print these characters correctly? It is important 
especially when it comes to book titles etc.

Example: the word "Křesťan" is currently printed as "K%u0159es%u0165an" 
(the two non-ASCII characters are represented by their UTF-8 codes)
