Basically, the script runs as a daemon and listens on a configured port.
You configure Connexion exports to use the hostname and port number
associated with the running script. When you export from Connexion, the
file is sent to your server and imported into Evergreen.
The script supports 901c matching for merging/overlay and new record
creation.
