[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen cataloging with OCLC Connexion client

Hi Bill,

That is interesting, but we are making good use of the new Record Match sets
in Vandelay, matching on 001/035, 020, 024, and 028, so it doesn't sound
like the direct export from Connexion to Evergreen would be a good fit for
us.

Basically, the script runs as a daemon and listens on a configured port.
You configure Connexion exports to use the hostname and port number
associated with the running script. When you export from Connexion, the
file is sent to your server and imported into Evergreen.

The script supports 901c matching for merging/overlay and new record
creation.
