Is there anyway to setup charging for placing holds?  Can you charge for
not picking up holds?



Do you know if you can edit multiple patron records in batch, including
changing or appending to specific fields, and cancelling groups of patron
records? I know you can do this in Koha but don't know about Evergreen.


Can staff update groups of records (patrons, bibs)  based on users entered
criteria.



Is there a predefined report of patrons with suspended collections or
payment plans
