[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] evergreen and summon

Hi everyone,
 
Just wanted to let you all know that we are now running Summon and Evergreen very successfully together!
 
With the community's very helpful suggestions, we were able to resolve our problems with deleted Evergreen items still showing up in Summon.
