[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Error message when trying to import a bib record via39.50

Hey John~

This happened to me the other day. Try pulling from another site. I  
just tested LOC and it worked. I unclicked everything the other day  
then picked fewer sites.

Not sure WHY it is happening. M
