[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] ***SPAM*** Questions about patron records

Active is an Active/Inactive flag. Inactive patrons can't be checked
out to, amongst other things.

Barred is a "deny all" flag. Basically inactive, but with the addition
of a "You are barred" error.

Super_user is "can do anything" - For staff only, and even then
preferably for staff who have control over the backend servers.

usr_group and master_account are linked, if I remember correctly.
Master account is "this is the master account for the usr_group" and
usr_group is currently used for things like family groups.

last_xact_id is updated by various actions to help solve the "two
people working on the same patron at the same time" problem. You don't
need to populate it yourself when importing patrons, though you can if
you want I guess.

Local/Nonlocal would be better defined, IMO, as profile/permission
groups, if only because you can actually define rules based on those.
The same could go for Business and other cards (or rather patrons).

Adult/Juvenile you have correct.

And Scott already updated you on the statistical categories.
