What changes exactly are you making? To the circ lib? The floating field?
There's a per copy floating field that upon checkin changes the circ
lib to the checkin library whenever the item would have normally
transited back home. This affects all locations equally.
For more fine-tuned control, it may be possible to use the "Suppress
Non-Hold Transits Group" library setting. Any libraries with the same
group value for that setting will not send transits between each
other, except to fill holds.
