[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Report : Retrieve last patron who circulated item

Hi,

Can anyone advise on creating a report which mimics the function of retrieving the last who circulated an item? Ideally, we would like to make use circ modifier as a filter and have the patron details, item title/call number display.

I know this is asking a lot on a Friday ..but any input would be appreciated.
