[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Bookings problem

I'm away from my library for a bit, but I'll check if this was an issue
(and will test it to see if it currently is).

We had a false start with bookings (switched over to using it then went
back to our manual workflow). The biggest issue for us is the ability to
edit an existing booking. Our media booker hit the end of her rope having
to cancel a booking, then rebook it. Bookings not being viewable in the
patrons items out and viewable in the OPAC My Account items out, was also a
big deal.

We put in a small amount of money that Sitka was coordinating with some
other consortia. Hopefully this development can be done soonish.
