[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen and Koha comparison tool

Thanks Alexey!  It hasn't "officially" been launched yet but I (and
everyone who has worked on it) certainly appreciates your comments.
 Speaking of which....if anyone worked on it and doesn't see their credit,
please let me know!
