[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] ***SPAM*** Re: Evergreen and Koha comparison tool

An article in November 2012 issue of Computers in Libraries titled "Tagging for Subject Access" sent me looking at the comparison tool for this feature in Evergreen. I found two entries under "OPAC" that seemed related to tagging:

1. Use searchable metadata tags

Evergreen entry is NO

2. Create numerical ratings and tags on titles
http://features.galecia.com/features/general/create-numerical-ratings-and-tags-titles
Evergreen entry is YES

The comment is the same for both YES and NO entries: Evergreen interfaces with a number of 3rd party products that allows for patron reviews and tagging. There is not a native function within Evergreen.

I am wondering if the answer should either be YES for both or NO for both, perhaps with a mention of what 3rd party tool(s) to use?
