Nope -- Any third party discovery platform will necessarily have to be compatible with a wide variety of ILS providers, usually through the simplest route which is by indexing exported MARC record dumps.  Some may support other ways to interact with your data, but most people just end up scripting / automating the dumping of MARC records for indexing by the third party platform, and then optionally hook into dynamic data like holdings and copy status, etc.
